Nathan Veer- Born august 4Th 1987 in Northern Illinois in Freeport Ill. Began singin at the age of 2 and still is keepin his dreams. He loves to sing karaoke and write music When Nathan was 5 years old he sang his 1st full song called Achy Breaky Heart. Nathan always says," Practice makes perfect and nobody's perfect so I keep practicin. Nathan follows his Father Chuck Veer and his Grandfather Ernie Veer's accomplishments and is gonna try to take them to another level. Nathan always wanted to go to Nashville TN to perform because where hes from they dont have many oppurtnitys to do that. Im tryin to get into Nashville Star in Nashville, TN And I sure hope I go, Im a guy that dont act like I have a big head and act like Im better than everybody else, Because there are tons of people out there that are better than me!! But I will try with all of my heart when I get there!! I just cant wait!! Im going into the studio in July of 08' And I just can wait, Im practicin all the time now and preparing songs to go on my CD which will be written and performed by me. [email protected] Started singing when I was two years old and that song was "Achy Breaky Heart" And I always wanted to follow my dreams as a kid and never give up and to never say that "I CANT" Im 20 years old now and Im still tryin to follow my dreams and Ill still never give up!! Im tryin to live my dream and make it famous as a singer and Im gonna try and Im never gonna give up. And Id like to thank all my fans on MySpace for all the support they have been giving me! Now to my life story, When I was 2 years old my brother and I were taking a bath together and my mom had to go to the hallway and get a towel to dry us off and when she came back in I was floating on the top of the water and my mom screamed for my Dad which took lifeguard lessons so he knew CPR, Before the CPR I had no heart beat or pulse and my Dad then performed CPR and compressions on me and revived me and then called 911 and they took me to Freeport Memorial Hospital and then had to fly me in a helicopter to Rockford Memorial Hospital in Illinois. Spent 3 days there then I was home. Then when I was 11 years old I got Diabetes on August 28th, 1998 and had to spend three days in Freeport Memorial Hospital and when the family found out, They were so terrified especially my Dad, Because he has already lost many loved ones to the illness. I take 3 to 4 shots a day. And I have had quite a few scary moments. Was almost dead from it once put me in ICU for three days I was in a 24 hour coma. But I stay strong. If I ever make it with my music I plan on donating $250,000 to ADA (American Diabetes Association)
