Chemically Restrained's conception has a mid-1980s provenance. Over the years the group has morphed into a trio; wielding sonic streams of experimental free form jazz and punk rock with a twist of lime.
Barely eligible for citizenship, Don BenjamÃn de Cabezón grew up along the Mexican border and has recently come out of self imposed musical exile.
VivÃen Fuego has lived and traveled throughout this realm and others that cannot be named. She is deeply in love with her B.C. Rich Warlock. Together they recently made the Pacific Northwest home "because it doesn't suck as much as every place else".
Dr. Johnny Fever, III has only recently become Restrained. Prior engagements include slogging through several recordings with Texas-based noise entities Wolfmangler (and the acoustic offshoot, Garlic Yarg) and foraging for audio bliss as one half of Clumper.
