Knowing that I am limited to such little space in this section, I will sum it all up briefly and extend more details later. So far all of those non-believers of personal change out there I don't blame you. However, in not blaming you I am here as living proof to show you that it really does happen! Yes, it does happen, though not too often because let's face it change is hard and it sucks...at first. Picture this me 226 pounds, smoker of two packs a day (and no this did not help my financial situation),education was no more that a high school drop out with a GED. So here I was going nowhere at a slow pace thinking things were as good as they were going to get. Like a lightening bolt I was inspired! Slow progressions were being made but nothing that was going to change my way of life like this inspiration did. So it happened( if interested in what I can get into detail later on a personal)and hard as hell I did it! Through dedication, motivation, hard work, and persistance I CHANGED! I now weigh 135 pounds, am a nonsmoker of almost a year, have started a buisness, and am starting my senior semester of nursing school in the fall!
