No matter the strife, struggle, action or virtue, what a person truly seeks to discover is peace.
An inner tranquility that offers them the opportunity to release themselves from the ubiquitous strains and stresses that are forever placed upon all who are self-aware.

All were done so that the instigator could try to quell their own thoughts.
Allow it all to subside.
There's no such thing as an altruist. Selflessness is impossible.
