A Real Man It's strange the things we all go through. The people we come into contact with...The people who we think we know, only to find out that that person never exsisted. The person was totally faking the front. I thought I wanted to meet a few famous people, maybe some people from a band, or the guys from the Tampa Bay Lightning... However, when I sit and think about everything that's been going on. Things that people hide, or just plain out "forget" to mention to me...I really wonder is there anyone out there who is real? Am I ever going to meet anyone who doesn't lie, who isn't a cheater? Am I ever going to meet a guy who IS still chivalrous? Do chivalrous guys even exist anymore? A guy that will say what's on his mind, and not hide anything from me? A guy that will be a man, not a boy? A man who will hold a door open, or guy who doesn't make it a chore to pay for a date, and not hold anything over my head as if I owe him something? Someone who appreciates independence, but yet will still stand up to me if I get too far out of line? A man who's close to his family, and most importantly seeks God? I don't know if a man like this exists, but HOPEFULLY he will come one day. I really cannot wait to meet him, although patience seems to be growing weaker it seems, I still pray for him faithfully each day.Real People I am sick of running across people who just are not themselves. People should not conform to what modern society wants us to be. Be yourself, not a sheep. I want to meet people who are original and fun. Different, and not afraid to step out. Not someone who's transparent, fake, superficial or so far vain that it's sickening. I want to meet people who do not throw themselves out on a limb, and make morons out of themselves for popularity, or to score a hot date, but because they like to be a moron out of fun (if that seems even the least bit logical...). I want to meet people who won't lie to me, or belittle me behind my back. I want to meet people who are true to their friends, not only when it's convenient for them. I want to meet people who are not serious all the freaking time, or not a stuffed shirt, someone who isn't a busy body or anything annoying like that.I'd Like to meet people who seek God. I'd like to meet people period.
