My name is Dee and I was born & raised in New Rochelle, New York in a large Italian family, 5 girls to be exact. My poor Dad didn't have a chance in hell!!
I am a retired hairdresser, and sadly I missed a career in the medical field, but enjoyed some time volunteering in the E.R. in New Rochelle Medical Center some years ago.
I have been married for 23 years & the mother of two adult children. Nearly seven years ago I became the proud grandparent of the Love & Light of my Life, granddaughter. I'm not proud am I!!?? LOL
Are you kidding, I would give my life for that little girl! I have a daughter who is 34 & a son who is 30, and recently got engaged to a sweetheart of a southern girl. God Bless them all.
Hubby is the Love of my life & my Soul-Mate. Love IS Lovelier the SECOND time around!

I Love Life, Fun, Laughter, Family. And (Needless to say) an Authentic, TRUE Italian Deli! God, I would kill for Crusty Italian Bread and a good old fashion Italian story with a New York Accent!!!
I enjoy working on Genealogy, spending time with the my family, and I might as well tell you now, I am Truley Addicted to Myspace! I always love making new friends as well as having a good belly laugh, so don't hesitate to send me jokes!
I, as well as my sisters feel that I alone have given a new meaning to the word Domestic Goddess.

I don't work, outside of the home because I have Fibromyalgia, (FMS) Nothing serious, just the feeling of being hit by a Mack, truck when ever it flares up. So any other's out there who live with FMS, give me a shout. Some years ago I began a support group in our city and have a lot to share for those who have the need to know more.
