Magic Lasso

"Magic Lasso" has Chris "Klondike" Masuak on guitar, Chris being one of the two "rock guitar gods" from Radio Birdman (the other being Deniz Tek); The Hitmen; Klondike's North Forty;The Screaming Tribesmen; The New Christs; The Juke Savages; The Raouls (as a drummer); Vindicator Electro/Smooth; Carol Smith (The Glorias) on vox/guitar; Andy Newman (The Visitors, Vindicator Smooth, ME262) on bass; and Dave Alexander on drums.More re Dave - Dave played in several bands in NZ before joining his first band, Suta in Australia, which then became Network. He was also in The Flaming Barstools with the brothers Duncan: Ian, Rob and Mick for most of the 90's. During this Century, Dave has joined a Blue Mountains band called The Reluctant Friends of Steve as well as playing music with Mark Lee and the Co-Pilots. Dave has played with Chris Masuak and Red Porter in Klondike's North 40, as well as doing a brief stint in The Juke Savages to help out Red for his birthday. Mark Sisto has put together several versions of his band Vindicator Smooth with Andy Newman on bass. In one version, Dave and Chris Masuak played and in another version Jon Schofield and Ged Corban both played guitar. Dave has now joined "Magic Lasso" with Carol Smith, Chris Masuak and Andy Newman.
