Hi everyone, it’s me Ali First of all, I just want to say Thank you…. Thank you for all your support while I have been competing on the Biggest Loser. Although I have been in the gym day & nightïŠ and unable to respond to all of your many emails and posts, you have been with me every step of the way. Often, when I’m on the treadmill and feel as if I can’t run one more mile, I think of you and how you believe in me. I think of you and I push myself farther than I ever thought possible. Your love and support has given me the energy to be I am where I am today. Somewhere along my journey of “life†I quit dreaming and believing in myself. I started existing rather than living. Biggest Loser has provided me with the opportunity to take a look at myself, change my life, and choose to truly live again. I don’t know if you have ever experienced a time in your journey where you felt as if life happens to you, rather than choosing and creating your destiny. Well, I have lived most of my adult life lost in that point. I hid and protected myself underneath layers of “weight.†I was heavy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I had no idea how profoundly the experience of Biggest Loser would change my life. It has let me see my potential and greatness with in and I know now that I can do and be anything I want to be. I am a firm believer in “to think is to create†and from the beginning of this experience I believed that I was supposed to be the first female Biggest Loser. Everyday I have given 110% to have that belief become a reality. I have channeled your strength when I wasn’t sure I had enough of my own. When I thought about giving up, I would envision you watching and sharing my story from home and I would keep on going. It was with the help of all those who dare to believe in themselves and the impossible dream, that I have gotten this far. -Ali, The first female Biggest Loser ;) .. .. ..
