Born and Raised in Portsmouth, VA, I started playing with turntables after hearing "Rock It" by Herbie Hancock and began playing at house parties at the age of 12. I also began to play alto saxaphone in the W.E. Waters Junior High School Band. At age 17, I graduated from high school and became a fill-in DJ at "Club David's" in Downtown Portsmouth. In 1992, during my second semester at Norfolk State University, I wrote my first song during one class session. It was recorded on a one-inch reel at Midease Recording Studio. That next year my first child was born. I left school because I felt the responsibility to provide for my child. As a producer, I've worked with different underground artists. I have various styles of production such as Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, and Reggae. My goal is to get into the circle of the mainstream and entertain.WANNA BE FREE
