Cascadia Artpost appeared in 2003 as a creative outburst, and has assumed an ongoing identity. Stamps are issued that reflect personal concerns and interests, or that commemorate the people and beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Artistamps and mail art produced by Cascadia Artpost have never been for sale, except as raffle or auction items for non-profit causes, but rather have been freely exchanged and occasionally exhibited.
