Maltese faithful Cubik and Shift hook up with London based promotion Plex, to give you one of the rawest, most underground techno line up's to hit our shores for a long time. Prepare yourselves for 2 days of musical madness on the 6th and 7th (Eve of a public holiday) of September 2008.

It’s time to experience a whole new transformed Amazonia club for this special 2 day event. From the ever present “bone shaking†25K turbosound skeleton system to a host of new and installed visual effects - Amazonia will become the focal point of your summer this year for all things techno, a truly unforgettable weekend is in store with many surprises yet to be revealed! So stay tuned to this myspace! A venue decorated in a way you’ve never seen prior to, as well as the ever promised “sea by your side concept†to chill out and relax when you’re feeling high and dry.
This is STATIK, a 2 day experience we promise you’ll never forget. It’s time to mingle and meet up during the day and go to the extremes at night. Let’s just not consider this an event over 2 nights but a time to invade Bugibba and take it back from the tourists!
