Born June 12, First generation Puerto Rican American, and raised in Paterson, NJ. Tyree' always demanded the spot light Singing at family gatherings and for his schools choir, He first solo in the All City Christmas Choir in Paterson, NJ. Tyree' knew then at an early age he was set to make his mark on to the music scene, singing at many talent show, showcasing his talents and vocal abilities,
Tyree' joined forces with childhood friend Tony Garcia, in 1992 to form a group called Nu Image and released their first commercial release hit single "Tears In My Eyes" released on Funkee' records 1992 and follow up hit single "Sounds Of Love" released on Warlock records 1995. After the group's first regional tour, Tyree' decided to relocate to South Carolina where he got a chance to work on his writing skill and also working on various projects in R&B scene, but not limiting his ability as a singer/song writer he went soul searching revisiting his roots born of Puerto Rican Parents and as a tribute to his heritage he began singing in Spanish, singing lead for a Latin Jazz cover band Out of South Carolina called, La Or Questa Caliente
In the summer of 2001 Tyree moved back to New Jersey to rejoin & collaborate with NU Image on there next project. With the R&B & Latin Jazz influences that Tyree acquired from his short stay in South Carolina and Tony G with Pop flare, combined with Latin singer Victor Zapata, They went on to release there debut album self entitled NU IMAGE THE ALBUM available on AriA records. Tyree contributed to the album by bringing his distinctive vocal style and co-writing a number of tracks.
