Shay-Gotti, CEO of Crime Network Entertainment Rashay (Shay-Gotti)established CNE in 2000. Due to an indictment in 2002, a rapid pace was slowed. After beating the indictment in 2003 and taking a deal for 5 year probation, CNE is back and better than ever with 7 artists in all.
