The name derives from a quotation of the first feature film directed by Orson Welles, "Citizen Kane" (Fourth Power) dated 1941.

The style of the band is oriented toward a type of rock "intimate" sung in English, heavily influenced by British style, able to switch to acoustic sounds electric moments of strong emotional impact, managing to highlight a touch of originality to the arrangements.
