Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Tess has been singing and writing music from a young age. But it is only recently that she has began to pursue her music seriously.
Spending many long nights locked away with only her guitar, a pen and her thoughts many songs have been produced. In the coming months she will be stepping into the studio for her first time to record some demos.
Tess grew up listening to her dad's ol' school Rock N Roll, from Queen to Uriah Heep. As she grew so did her listening preferences. Now if you were to take a peek into her cd collection you will find everything from Classic Rock, like R.E.M, to modern rock such as Switchfoot, and Bayside, around the next corner is a little country like The Dixie Chicks, digging deeper you will discover some punk and screamo in the form of bands like Billy Talent and Alexisonfire, you may even find some classic vocal, such a Josh Groban. All this variety is definitely reflected in her own music.
Starting with only the love and encouragement of her friends things can only go up for Tess. Pay close attention to this girl as she is quickly on the rise.
