Welcome to the "ODE TO JOE" myspace music page. This site is dedicated to the music of my mother and father JOE & ROSE LEE MAPHIS. We are now back to work on our recording project "ODE TO JOE". Our original label had to downsize and unfortunately we were down for quite sometime.We have been given permission to continue and explore other options with their full support.We are very thankful for that.As I am sure that most of you know that the music business as we knew it is long gone.This site is also looking for comments and suggestions as to how we should proceed.We are looking into the possibilities of offering downloads ourselves,since that seems to be what things are going to these days.Whatever happens we will try to have some things to listen to soon as well as updates on the project.We would appreciate your comments and ideas as well as just stopping by and saying hello.Thanks to you all who have been longtime fans.Your support over the years is what keeps us going with this project.
