party.picasso is an independent multi-instrumentalist/beatmaker/filmmaker for a collective force against the stagnation and duplication present in the current state of the arts.
party.picasso made his hip hop debut as an emcee in a jersey-based hip hop freestyling posse along with his frequent collaborator and co-member of The Wine Thieves, Emcee Hype. after emceeing in a now-defunct hip hop group, Watershipdown, that also featured emcee hype & dj gumshu, party.picasso now produces beats, plays guitar, keyboards, drums, bass, & an MPC2000XL for the experimental hip hop duo of The Wine Thieves with Emcee Hype.
He also produces hip hop beats independently & plans on releasing the first installment of an instrumental record series, Zoned Out: The Beat Collection, later this year. party.picasso's music & beats can be heard online at www.myspace.com/partypicasso.
