D.O aka BONDS, LEFTY 2 GUNZ aka L2G, M-2 aka M DOT, DEUCEPOUND aka YOUNG DEUCY, KIM HART aka MS KIM, and AMBER aka the SONGSTRESS are some of Pittsburghs hottest talent! D.O and L2G have been rapping with NO DOUBT RECORDS (shout out to WORM, TANK, and B-NICE) since 1997. In 2001... out of the hearts of D.O, L2G, and M2... COUNSEL was born. The group stayed with NDR and recorded several albums with the label.... albums including N.D.R COMPALATION VOL 1, DA RYDERS, OUT DA PARK, AND GUESS WHO'S BACK (recently released October 2006). In the summer of 2005 they were part of the JUNK IN THE KRUNK TOUR which performed all over pittsburgh and it's surrounding area from august thru fall's end. They began to realize early 2006 how different their rap style was from the NO DOUBT FAM so, with the total support from the fam at no doubt, they decided to do their own thing and make their own moves. They hooked up with WIZ (The Wiz Entertainment) a well known artist/promoter from the philly area and he became COUNSEL's manager. Well connected in Philly, Florida, ST. Louis, and all over the country... COUNSEL MUZIK is being heard all over the country. The newest project for COUNSEL RECORDS is the "CANT GET ENOUGH" mixtape. This project features special guest apperances by J KRUZ (wamo) who will host the album, PROTOTYPE and STEVIE (reppin BURGHTOWN) and debut MS. KIM with upbeat collabo "Da Spot. The album is set to drop JUNE 2, 2007 and will be followed by a release party at DEJAVU in the Pittsburgh's Strip District. Da COUNSEL is doing big things and refuses to be limited to PITTSBURGH RAP... COME FUKK WITH YA PEOPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HERE AND WE AINT GOIN NO WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
