Here's what I am about.... First and foremost I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I am a sinner who has been saved by the grace and mercy of a loving and just God. Loving because He sent His only Son to be born a human like us, live life like us in every way but sin, be killed on a cross and (here's the best part) be raised from the dead. He offered His Son as a sacrifice to pay the debt of all of our sin... Romans 3:23 says "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". 3 chapters later in Romans 6:23..."for the wages of sin is death... (that's the part where Jesus Christ takes our place)... but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord".
Luke 24:46-47... "Jesus said to them, "Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and rise again from the dead the third day; and that repentance for forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His name to all the nations..." Repentance is asking God for forgiveness and turning from the sinful lifestyle you're leading. I was leading a sinful lifestyle when God showed me the truth of His Word... it was an amazing thing. Just for the record, I am not saying that I am better than anyone else... I AM A SINNER thru and thru... but I am a sinner saved by the grace and mercy of God. The decisions we all make about this have eternal ramifications whether we want to admit it or not. It is the most important decision anyone will have to make.
