Project 5

About Me

Project 5 began as an off-shoot of the highly successful and well-received ‘Project 19’. Project 19 formed as a way for a group of old friends and musical acquaintances to give back to the community they call home. As members of Project 19, all the musicians of Project 5 took part in the first of what will hopefully be many fund-raising concerts in March of 2008, helping to raise money and awareness for Cancer research and treatment at the Staten Island University Hospital Nalitt Institute. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

It is with great pleasure to announce that Project 5 is now under the management of Musical Entertainment Central, LLC. Also known as M.E.C. For those who don't know me, my name is Steve Line. I am the Managing Agent and Partner of M.E.C. We are a centralized hub for highly talented musicians. Our goal is to provide our clients with top of the line entertainment, in all genres for large fundraising events, corporate and private parties, night clubs, cocktail parties and weddings. M.E.C. is also working on a 'Master Class' series. This is where we bring in world renowned, professional musicians to capture a specific instrument and style, and hold intimate, up close group session with a focus to further develop H.S. and College music students, along with teachers and adults of all levels. Other services we provide are customized back-drop music for corporations' in-house videos, public commercials or On-Hold music. And our musicians can also be hired out as individuals for studio session work.
