STOLEN AT GUNPOINT

About Me

..LIVE PERFORMANCEStarted as a three-piece four years ago, doing covers of Chevelle and Deftones. Now a five-piece playing hardcore/metal the way we like it.We want to position ourselves in the middle of forward-thinking music, where what we play is not a reflection of current trends both mainstream and underground, and will never be an attempt to be pretentious virtuosos at our instruments and musicianship, but rather a manifestation of where we are at a point in time as a band and as individuals. Most of the guys in the band have day jobs, hence the rarity of material we produce. However, we have about eight original arrangements, four of which were written some two and a half years back and the other half about a year ago. It's really hard to write the songs we want ourselves playing in the middle of familial and occupational duties but we strive nonetheless. This is of course our release and our collective exhale to the mighty connected consciousness of music. Although inconspicuous in the face of the heavyweights, we strive to breathe regardless.(Whaaat? Pompous motherfucker!!! WAAHAHAHAHAHA!)NEWS NEWS NEWS (to those who care) NEWS NEWS NEWSStolen at Gunpoint now has merch. If you want to sport some stupid ass shirts emblazoned with the most pimpin' band this side of the world then message us. These shirts come cheap like MAD magazines. Up your gangsta factor with these shirts. Prepare to get yourself capped with these shirts- jealous G's gon try and steal em from ya. Pop them back! in black with white print in green with white print in dark green-gray with white printWe got stickers as well. They are a limited run, though. Prices from 50 to 60 pesos. Here are the designs. We aren't graphic designers by a long shot. This is all DIY by the way. That blood is the product of hard fucking work. The world is an appliance Some kids overheard some kids describing us as "cock-rockers". We are macho-core, you shrimps!!!So, if ya want them, message us. We got to get a little DIY on this. Our scene is becoming stagnant so we need to do what we can to get public with our music. We got to make like the NY Hardcore scene of yore and push with our DIY ethic. We aren't doing this to make money. It's not like we're gonna make lots from this. This is just to show that we exist and this music is real.
