I am here for Friends

About Me

MyGen Profile Generator I've been told many times that I'm an old soul, and that Ive seen this universe a few times over. I do feel that way sometimes, but in many respects I'm a complete child. I love to love, and more than once I've said that I flirt with men, women, children, cats, dogs and plants....it's simply the way of the Gemini. I can find humor in just about every situation and I enjoy making others laugh, whether it be at me or with me. I'm Cypriot Greek and a Democrat. I love scalding hot showers, feeling healthy, candy, heartwarming animal stories, old people, gifts from the heart, laughing, super cheesy comedies, anything 80's, sleeping and having crazy dreams, salt and vinegar potato chips, being caffeinated, junk cereal, rock climbing, wakeboarding, reading, and penguins. I wiggle when I eat good food (totally subconscious until it was pointed out to me a couple of years ago), and I really don't care for the French, their country and their food. I believe in same sex marriages and the right to practice different forms of spirituality and lifestyles; I find organized religion hypocritical and often a front for peoples misguided fears. I'm surrounded by inspirational, incredible friends that I love to pieces. I am so fortunate to have these people in my life. I'm married to the man of my dreams. Our beautiful daughter, Alea Calista was born on January 24th 2007. It's been an amazing experience watching her grow this past year into a little person with quite a personality. People tell you how life changes after having a child, and ours has become so enriched by her...

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I wouldn't mind meeting a bonified psychic, Vincent D'onofrio (he's so dreamy) and Barack Obama...even though I'd be struck dumb by nerves. Mostly, I'd like to meet real people....and by that I mean people who aren't pretentious. People who strive against adversity, who know humility, who are kind and who know what it is to be selfless. I would love to meet people who love children, and who bring stray pets home, and people who still play puzzles and aren't ashamed to admit it. It's rare that I meet someone who can accept when they're wrong, and who make it a personal goal to alter their lives in a positive way. I'd like to meet those who don't wallow in self-pity, or victimize themselves, and instead have a sense of humor and can laugh at their mistakes. I'd love to meet someone who can teach me something of value and open my mind to things I haven't yet experienced. Someone who can be honest with me and point out my issues (I have a myriad of them) and show me another way.Bubbles
