About Me

The Good The Bad and The Ugly are an up and coming Leicester 3-5 piece that use Bluegrass stylings to play everything from Traditional old-time American and British folk to Motown Soul and Modern rock. The Three original members met at an open mic night in Leicester where they jammed some old trads and standardsl. The sound instantly gelled. We began playing around the bars along the Leicester West-end for pennies before getting gigs in other parts of Leicester and then the East midlands. The line-up has since changed to include our current violinist, Tamsyn Amy-Evans(who also stops us lot punching the living crap outta each other so that we remain friends), and the sound has gone from strength to strength and keeps remaining to do so. We haven't really said anything for ages! The band has had a bit of a hiatus whilst we all dealt with exams, new jobs, new houses hats guitars broken Cambelts nites in the drunktank and other daily time consuming struggles and dramas such as work! that we all must deal with.BUT we are now back Expect possible guest musicians and keep checking out the group because we're going to make a bit of effort to keep you all informed. cheers Tom, Gaz ,Tamz ,Khalil,Ciara We hope to get back into a proper studio shortly for a full line up recording watch this space !
