The rising son from Fayetteville, NC, now transplanted in Atlanta, Ga, began his career as most did. For the Love of Hip Hop. Kamilleon has embraced every aspect of Hip Hop, from Grafitti Artist, B-Boy, DJ to MC. Kamilleon is Hip Hop. Kamilleon's goal is to show the world that the true form of lyrical rap, is not dead. By doing so, bringing his fans into his world, his lifestyle, a place known as, FAYETTE-NAM.
The current mixtape, " WELCOME TO FAYETTE-NAM" Hosted by FOODSTAMP accomplishes just that. You take a lyrical ride from FAYETTE-NAM TO THE ATL.You ask, Why the name Kamilleon?
Because he can adapt and blend in to his surroundings to survive. East Coast beat, he'll blaze it !! Down South beat, he'll blaze it !! West Coast. He'll BLAZE IT !!
Kamilleon is a modern day throwback to the lyrical giants that proceeded him, Rakim, KRS-ONE, KOOL G RAP, Wu-Tang LL COOL J, Notorious B.I.G, 2Pac, EPMD, and Public Enemy. These are some the great legends he looks for inspiration in this game.
Kamilleon's personal inspirations come from his family, his late Mother, a great teacher and a extraordiary poet. His Father, a legendary Vietnam Vet who served in the Army. And the matriarch of the family his late grandmother, Honey.
It is with these weapons, he will come into this Hip Hop arena and CONQUER!!
