I was born in Buckinghamshire, England (British, don't you know...), lived in Toronto, Canada for a few years, then made my way into the U.S. I've been a performer since the word go. I'm a survivor of the 60's and 70's but still the old fashioned type. I play a number of instruments, none of them well. Performed at the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland. Even spent some time behind the dreaded Iron Curtain, Poland and East Germany. No, really. I crossed the Berlin Wall twice! I would tell you more but then I'd have to kill you and then I wouldn't have much of a friend's list. After that, the usual--dinner theatres, B-movies and children's theatre. Somewhere along the line I got married and it took! First time! 28 years and counting (see pix). Then I landed at The Bird Cage Theatre (www.thecagepage.com) at Knott's Berry Farm. The Bird Cage is now closed but I'm still there at Knott's. I've gotten to work with donkeys and dolphins, rob trains, play banjo, act and direct. I also have my own traveling theatre company, educational theatre mostly (www.havenlightproductions.com). I also blog a bit (
