I am a mature woman in years on earth. A life loving child in the emotional sense. May I never grow up.
I was born in St. Petersburg Florida where I have remained. I have one son who is 30.
Quincey H. Kirkland III.
My husband of 13 years was shot to death 15 years ago and I never remarried. He rode a motorcycle and when I begged him to teach me to ride he refused believing women had no business riding. Within a year after his death I had my first Harley. I am now on my 3rd which is a 2000 Road King Classic. Since he has gone, the love of my life has become riding. My other love, music along with my friends and loved ones has kept the light burning inside. May it burn on though this cancer I have once again. Making sure I don't lose sight of what it means to be alive. To love, sing, dance, smile and laugh!
I love Renaissance Festivals. My son grew up going to the one in Largo. Since he’s 30 now that means I’ve been going a loooong time. I love to dress up in the many wares purchased there. I am not traditional of course, my outfits are different. I cried when they ended the Largo shows and was trilled that it came back to Tampa. It's more of a drive but the site has many wonderful trees and lots of my favorite characters, musicians, entertainers and friends I usually go alone now and if you have seen me many times come say hi. I’d love to make new Ren Fest friends!
