About Me

Kimberly Moon* began exploring her love of music at a young age. Her voice was her first instrument, the only one that could ever begin to express the love within. As she used her voice to orchestrate every aspect of her life, there was planted a seed of curiosity, which rooted itself inside a very passionate soul.***********A writer at heart, she has been creating lyrical poetry ever since she can remember as a natural way of expressing her inner feelings of the world around as an art. Music to her is a universal vibration, felt by all kind, and holds such great power for progression.***********By listening to her guides (past, present and future...self included), observing the stars, and being one with all creation, she uses her voice to help spread the power of love, imagery adventure, and the light needed for the unity of all.***********Kim* attends Shenandoah University's Conservatory, studying Music Production and Ethnomusicology. As a Vocal Major, she dabbles on any instrument she can. With two opportunities so far to study abroad in Tanzania, and Cairo, Egypt, she plans to continue the study of world music to help preserve it's sacredness among the masses. Especially within indigenous cultures, she feels that music holds much wisdom, passed on from generation to generation. It is only with yearning to attain this wisdom for the good of all kind, that one can proceed into the know.***********Moon has been singing with the band "Root's-A-Risin'" and Pamela Parker for 4 years, and plans expanding with Pamela on the West and Roots in the years to come. Taking on new endeavors, she constantly pushes to join musical styles of all kinds***********This being the start of a new era, you'll surely be seeing and hearing more from Ms.Moon, as she touring with friends and family, spreading the peace of love within and around her.***********
