About Me

well... my name is cate, i live in canberra technically, but spend more time in coffs harbour cos its where all the best people are :) i talk lots, lack any coordination (especially when it comes to dancing), i hate feet with an absolute passion - most disgusting things ever. i really want to learn spanish and go to south america so i can (hopefully) learn to dance. actually, i really want to travel anywhere... another fun fact - its taken me about a year to work out how to use this whole myspace thing. i hate technology. pfft, screw this, i cant be bothered to try and sum myself up in a little box... just talk to me and i will talk back :)

My Interests

talking, sleeping, eating, swimming, reading, playing sport (even though i generally suck at it... its still fun), music.... anything that i do with my friends

Music:

bleh, everything bar country music basically. im open to most things, um but if i have to name a few.... van morrison, the shins, alex lloyd, the beatles, any music from the sixties, the clash, the cranberries, the dandy warhols, the darkness, eric clapton, franz ferdinand, goo goo dolls, hard-fi, the killers, led zeppelin, lior, (old) madonna, norah jones, the rolling stones, the smiths, something for kate, the strokes, switchfoot, the whitlams, wolfmother...that'll do...

Movies:

i generally get over movies pretty quickly... but i spose i like most light-hearted movies, comedies (anchorman :p), drama (crash), not a huge fan of action movies, but i can appreciate classics like indiana jones. dont really like scary movies cos im a sook. i have never seen a whole movie from star wars, star trek, or james bond... and probably never will :)

Television:

boarding school tends to take the tv out of your life, but i do like greys anatomy (almost too much...how depressing), and things like simpsons, futurama, family guy will never get old.

Books:

i love most books - yes i am a nerd, but havent read much for ages (stupid hsc). i love most good books, any genre... cant really narrow it down here.

Heroes:

anyone who stands up for what they believe in and doesnt give up (awww... well at least i didnt say my mum!)
