Madelene Capelle travels with an accompanist, five suitcases and no poodle. She is an accomplished opera singer and vocal coach!
She has been called “The divas of the Unusual”, a musical comedienne with a voice from heaven and timing as sharp as a pitchfork.
Her show “The Undone Divas”, romps through the doomed damsels of “Rap, Rock and Raunch”. Your audience will roar with laughter at the ingenious means that composers and librettists found to “undo” their poor, misbegotten ladies and heroines-the doomed damsels—those quickly undone divas. The story is not about the ladies who lunch, but rather the ladies who lurch!
Comedy in “The Undone Divas” means that nothing is too sacred or taboo nor the writers and singers taken too seriously.
