How I made my profile:

..Just a few friends and musicians who have gotten together over the years to make music. What started out as a small rock band called "HUD" led by original vocalist Chris Smith, Sean Coder on guitar, Jim Young on bass and myself, Derek Schaffer on the drums, led on to one day become "Pothole". Chris moved on into the US Army and Jim and I took over vocal positions, then Pothole was formed. Pothole's name originated from a kegger, "Pothole music Fest", which progressed into a full roster of bands most of which are now playing under King Midget Records. After a short hiatus, founding band members Sean, Jim and myself recruited long time friend Josh Kreps to play drums. Then another drum change to Adam Bursly for the last year or so. I moved to play guitar, and the present version of Pothole was complete.Now, the story continues.We've played some really great shows this whole last year, including getting the pleasure of playing with some awsome bands, like Fishbone, and one of my favorite bands, Ballyhoo! We have played all over Ohio with some great Ohio bands too, made some great friends, Dub Shack out of Kent, Pirates of the Burning River out of Cleveland! (Check em' out on our top friends) We will continue to work on our album due to come out sometime this year.
