About Me

I adopted the name "Sorta Rican" from one of the coolest guys I may ever know. In one of our verbal put down wars he came up with the fitting nickname (which I believe should have offended me). Instead, I liked it, so I kept it.Once time permits, I'd like to begin Salsa dancing professionally.Although many say I have a "matter-of-fact" personality in the workplace, I tend to be a bit fiesty and can produce some attitude outside of work- I blame my mother, the true Puerto Rican (and proud of it- she'd be mad if I didn't let you know).For now, I very much enjoy all of my very good friends, our memory-making nights out on the town, dancing whatever, wherever and whenever, and being in my new neice, Brianna's, life. Watching live bands and comedy is a must for me, along with meeting people who make me laugh, and hoping I do the same for them. Oh, and I LOVE candy!!!!

I'm totally not for the theatres; but at home, on the couch, in pajamas and with a blanket, I'd watch Primal Fear fives times in a row. I'm a sucker for the romance, comedy and drama, but I stay away from the action and adventure.

Television:

Real cop shows- Forensic Files, Cops, The First 48, American Justice, City Confidential- all found on A&E and Court TV. For laughs I watch The Office or You Tube Videos. So You Think You Can Dance is my favorite reality show. Enjoy...

Books:

Anything by Augusten Burroughs- "Dry", "Magical Thinking", "Running With Scissors". I'm currently reading "Infidel" by Ayaan Hirshi Ali.

Heroes:

My Daddy, Don Konzem (goes by Donnie Baby), of course! If I was a dude, I'd want to be just like him. My sister is a wonderful new mother, so she'd by one of my heroes also.
