Ramses Jimenez is co-president and founder of Infinite Vision Films, a feature film production company based in New York City. The company commenced development and production on its first three titles, "Deep Azure," "The End Zone," and "Martian," within its first year of formation in 2008. Ramses handles all aspects of development, production, and post-production of all the company's projects. Currently Ramses is producing the award winning play "Deep Azure", which is set to begin filming in Sept of 2009 and working on the short film "Un Dia Aquel," which is set to begin production in early 2009 under the Latino Vision Film Fund.Before creating Infinite Vision Productions with co-president Jeff Watkins, Ramses built a promising career in acting, as well as production. In early 2008 he finished his supporting cast role in the film "Nothing Like the Holidays" formerly known as "Humboldt Park" alongside John Leguizamo, Luis Guzman, Freddy Rodriguez, Alfred Molina, Debrah Messing and Melonie Diaz. Quickly after he followed up with the short film "Bandoleros, Fast and the Furious 4" where he was Production Supervisor in Dominican Republic working alongside Vin Diesel, Jessy Terrero, and Juan Basanta.Ramses attended Columbia College of Chicago, majoring in film directing. His first break came when he tried to get a position in lighting as a grip on the film Chicago Boricua. After being told to audition or he wouldn't be hired, he was surprised to find that in his first audition ever, he had landed the lead role. "Chicago Boricua" (Screenmedia Films) premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and made its way through the New York International Film Festival (Closing Night), Chicago Film Festival, Chicago Latino Film Festival, and Toronto Film Festival. After refocusing his life and becoming a born again Christian, Ramses followed up with roles in other films such as "Welcome back to The Barrio", "Batman (Dark Knight)", "Let's Go To Prison", and "April Fools". All distributed films that have either been released worldwide or nationally, or had their turn in major city festivals. Besides film Ramses has also managed Chicago talent Lamorne Morris from BET and the hip hop band, Berto Ramon. Ramses is also an avid theater actor and producer. He portrayed Juan in Yerma by Federico Garcia Llorca with Aguijon Theater Company and he is also one of the founding members of Urban Theater Company in Chicago, producing and starring in their first successful play "Short Eyes" by Miguel Piñero as Cupcakes.
