F.L. White Poetry

Francisco Luis White has spent most of his life in New England and New York City, inspired by his experiences in both places. The twenty-three year old writer/spoken word artist currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. White has performed at various events and venues, including Pride Charlotte 2008 and the 1st Annual Fam Slam. The release of White's first published collection, The Selected Writings of F.L White (Xlibris Publishing), is scheduled for early Spring 2010. Mr. White is the visionary behind the development of Urban Voices Project,(formerly The FW Organization, a collaborative effort that focuses primarily on social issues and human rights awareness through innovative artistic outreach) and now hosts the Urban Voices Poetry Series at SK Netcafe in Charlotte. White also contributes to QMocha Magazine online and writes freelance for Q-Notes, from time to time.
