..Serenity Now began their journey together the fall of 2007 in Gothenburg. They met at a Swedish festival earlier that summer. The band started playing songs that Kiia Valavaara and Ebba Lavman had played for a couple of years. But then they put all their energy in writing new songs instead and play shows in Gothenburg. Hannes came up with the band name Serenity Now, from watching an episode of Seinfeld. Many nights were spent at Ebbas kitchen, drinking red wine and jamming new tunes. All the members of the band contributed with their own music taste and together they have created something that is appealing to each of the band members. At the moment two of the members, Ebba and Hannes is in Los Angeles, California playing acoustic shows and promoting the band.
