Conscious Lyrics for a Change

Music is extremely powerful and does make a difference! Will that difference be a positive or negative one? We all have a role to play in this. Whether it's in the words we speak, the words we write, the words we sing, or the words we read or hear. We are all made up of the thoughts we think and the actions WE CHOOSE!

We are social beings. We absorb the words and actions of others, and we affect others in much the same way. It becomes very important to think about what we say and how we want to be perceived. I for one want to have a positive impact on the people and the environment around me. I don't want to stifle. I want to inspire!

It was that conclusion that lead to the page you are viewing here. I have no clue where it will lead. In the end, if I'm the only one inspired by it, I'll be satisfied. Hopefully others will feel it too.
Positive change is more necessary than ever. That change is happening all around us but we are too busy to notice it or we lack the incentive to promote it. We can all foster POSITIVE CHANGE in a CONSCIOUS way and allow it to grow within us. Music just happens to be the best way I know to do that. My dream is that this will become a place not only to find words to inspire, but also to inspire new words that will ignite change.
