About Me
Tim Owen began his career in music at the age of 3 when he began learning the piano. He then went on to study violin, guitar, vocals and at the age of 10 he took up drums.Over the last few years, Tim has played for artists such as Michael Gray, Victoria Beckham, DMC, Paul Aiden, Hot Rocket, Andrew Balkwill, Powerhouse, 7T, Male Order, The Baha Beach Boys, Coolplay and many others.He has toured all over the world…literally, having played everywhere from New Zealand, Australia and China, right through to the Middle East, The USA and Europe.Having played in such venues as The Royal Festival Hall, Alexandra Palace and The Acropolis, Tim is as used to playing to large capacity venues as he is to playing small bars on the London circuit.Tim has studied with such greats as Bill Bruford, Jim Chapin, Paul Elliot, Mark and Mike Mondesir and has had his ear finely tuned through working as a producer alongside the UK’s leading Dance producer, Michael Gray.
