About me...hmmm...Those that know me know I am always the one everyone comes to when they need a shoulder to lean on. Let's not get it twisted. I would not say my friends come to me because I am the sweetest, nicest person (no). They come to me because I am willing to listen without being judgmental or biased. Maybe this comes from my background in studying Sociology. Also my parents were always very open to people of different backgrounds and different beliefs. I feel just because I may believe in something does not give me the right to criticize another persons' beliefs if it varies from my own........Therefore, when my dear friend and author of Indiscretions 'Yolanda Hooks Buick' offered me a column in SinSational Publishing newsletter, I was honored. The purpose of my column 'ask_vicky' is to open up entertaining topics and discussion forums for everyone to have a chance to voice their opinions and perhaps maybe even get advice when needed from either myself or readers.
