About Me

Yeah I live in Oakland now and work in San Francisco. I work at UCSF (University of California San Fran) doing drug delivery research to deliver cancer drugs. Yes that is right folks, I try to cure cancer...It is not as important as it sounds. Anyway...I also play with developing nanomaterials, those are things a million times smaller than a yard stick. Yeah so the smaller the better for me!

I have personal one website from undergrad...check it out.

My Interests

Quilting. Cooking and baking.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet... Marie Curie (pre-massive malignant cancer)...Maybe Bono, to thank him for actually using his superstardom for good... My husband would like to say Adiana Lima, but I really prefer more intelligent conversation.

Another badass quiz from eSPIN-the-Bottle...

Which Sexy Are You?

MY RESULT: Cute Sexy

Aww, look at you! If you were an animal, you’d be an adorable, fluffy koala bear that everyone wants to make out with.

You’re not big on playing hard-to-get – not because you’re easy, but because you don’t go for those sneaky love games. You’d much rather approach people with a smile and an innocent shrug of your shoulders. Keep it up – they’re loving it. Just be careful not to tread into Phony Country. Stay adorable, but do it your way, not the Shirley Temple way. (Besides, you’re not that good of a tap dancer.)

Take This Quiz!

Things I see or hear in Oakland on a daily basis.
1. A homeless man urinating in a bush or tree.
2. A homeless person talking to themselves.
3. Several individuals who are completely clueless as to the fact that what they are doing might interfer with people doing things. (ie, the native form of Californism)
4. A parade (actually in SF not Oak)
5. A she/male
6. Men with lots of make-up
7. A person discussing their time in prison.
8. A pimp...and yes I can tell by his outfit!

Stupid Idea to write book.

So like many, I survived graduate school and am not a semi-productive researcher. As many also do, I am somewhat compelled to draft up some stories regarding my experience. My hopes are to tie them up...
