My life has changed in so many ways. I've now lived in five cities in a little short of a year. "Stability" of one's situation, something that I once never could imagine being without, is gone. Therefore, things that were once important to me seem rather trivial. Things that were never or rarely important I now consider vital. I've found clarity, change and have truly been able to "stretch my legs" and be comfortable with where I'm at and who I've become in this crazy experience we call life. I've learned to encounter without pre-conceived notions and love without expectation. I now know trust, which I used to consider a dirty word. I know it's okay to depend on others...it's not weakness to be less than entirely independent. I've met so many people and created bonds with them that nothing will break. I'm only excited that I have so many more people to meet and be enriched by. I would've never guessed this would be my situation at 28 years old. Nor would I have guessed that after 28 years I have no more of a clue as to where I'll be in the next 28 years. Planning seems like such a waste of energy at times. There is something to be said about being spontaneous and carefree. Life is good...no complaints here...
