Armageddon Productions was officially formed in 1996 by filmmaker
Matthew Jason Walsh for the production of the low-budget horror feature BLOODLETTING, which all five of the people who saw it may remember as a) being one of the first movies ever shot in the mini-DV format and b) featuring one or more exploding babies. Mr. Walsh has also spent the last nineteen years of his life as an alleged "professional" in the motion picture industry, working as a screenwriter (WITCHOUSE, RING OF DARKNESS, THE BROTHERHOOD), a soundtrack composer (MIDNIGHT 2: SEX, DEATH & VIDEOTAPE), a visual effects artist (SHRIEKER, CURSE OF THE PUPPETMASTER) and even an actor (the Academy Award®-winning KINGDOM OF THE VAMPIRE). For more information, feel free to check out Walsh's page on the
Internet Movie Database.
