Sarah Borrello

About Me

Sarah Borello, Boston, MA native, creates emotionally-driven original music and has been captivating audiences in Southeastern New England for the past 4 years. Sarah has won numerous songwriting competitions and talent shows in her young career. Some of her influences include Janis Joplin, Fiona Apple, Tracy Chapman, and Grace Slick. Like these other innovative female musicians, Sarah brings a blistering intensity to her original music and live performances. She recorded and released her first full-length CD 'Therapy' by the age of 16, and sold out the first pressing. A year later, she released her second CD, the "Black and White" EP, and sold out the first pressing as well. Sarah is writing new music for both solo performance and to perform with her newly-formed band. Sarah is touring the east coast this November on the Def Hog music tour.
