Currently he plays in the rock group Four Star Riot (WWW.FOURSTARRIOT.COM)and also the heavy groove band The Deeper Shade of Soul (WWW.THEDEEPERSHADEOFSOUL.COM). GLS has produced a avant garde jazz fusion album which garnered notable reviews including a 3 star rating in All Music Guide. These groups have opened for the likes of The Neville Brothers, Astral Project, First Family of Funk (The Family Stone Band), Spam AllStars, and DJ Z-Trip.
