Black Mesa Research and Development teams were the black op wetworks that put prototype to use in the field. After the "freeman incident" and the resulting Xen outbreak BMRD teams tried to contain the aliens while protecting valuable research. Failing at this, the remaining operatives tried to provide government forces with valuable intel gained from earlier encounters. The ensuing "7 hours war" so most of the remaining BMRD forces eliminated by the Combine. The few survivors are known to have spread out and be helping or leading resistance forces, some even worked security for Black Mesa East. Though originally destroyed, rumors and whispers of a organized BMRD have begun to spread throughout the resistance.
We are an airsoft team, out of Ocala, Fl. Though rather new and growing we practice every monday and are open to skirmishing and practicing with other teams whenever they can.
