Allera Vesteenin was born centuries ago to an elven family. She was born special though. She has the special ability to control the light in her surroundings. She has the ability to harness the energy of that light into anything she deems possible. This is an ability that she was born with, though hadn't discovered until later on in her life. Before discovering her ability, she had pursued other occupations. Upon leaving her village at an early age, she took up thievery to survive on the streets. She also had to learn to use a sword in able to defend herself should she be caught thieving items and people taking offense to her actions. Also, being elven she was inherently magical. Her magical abilities came rather easy to her and she excelled in this field rather quickly. She soon became a rather skilled mage, also using that gift to help with her other occupations as a fighter and a thief. She has always been extremely charismatic and enjoyed to be around people, singing songs and telling jokes and stories. Most of the stories she enjoyed telling were of her and her companion's adventures. To this day it's said that if you ask her about them, she will be willing to tell them with great detail. Her storytelling and music playing has been deemed, by some, as being very influential in swaying crowds and often times, battles. In fact, because of the many things she has come to do, people have come to find Allera to be a Bard, a Jack of All Trades, if you prefer. Some say there is nothing she can't do. To farther these sayings, she eventually got married to the prince of a northern bordering empire. This empire being the largest spanning empire known. Being so far north, however, it was a cold empire. Constantly covered in snow, save for nearly one month of the year. Soon, through unfortunate circumstances, her husband became king of the empire of Kertha. His mother, the Queen, dying in her sleep one evening. Soon there after, Allera bore twin children. One boy, Konnor, and one girl,Kaila. She then juggled the act of childcare along with her adventuring spirit.
