About Me

Alright folks, I was born and raised, in cowtown Alberta, otherwise known as Calgary. I've essentially spent the last 18 years of my life in school and now that I’ve finished my undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, the university thinks am ready for the real world.... really I am hiding under my school security blanket by doing grad studies and avoiding the workforce. So take that real world! :PI also spend a good chunk of time playing sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, and rugby. Basketball is my first and true love when it comes to sports, but it seems as I grew up (really didn’t grow that much :P) my passion (really more my skill level) for the game has decreased... but I never turn down a good challenge ;)Another interesting dynamic to my life is my muslim faith. Yes folks I am a muslim living next to the muslim hunting I mean terrorist hunting center :P All jokes aside though, my religion is a big part of my life, and I am grateful for the insights and perspectives it provides me. I really enjoy talking about religion mostly because I like to hear other people's outlook on it, it makes my own beliefs clearer.I also thoroughly enjoy talking about and learning about other cultures and ancient history. I know guys I'm coming off as a total geek here, but honestly after 6 years of engineering I'm proud that I can put two words together.

My Interests
