Hey. I'm Beetel Ellis. In June of 2006 while channel surfing and drinking on a bottle of scotch, I came across one of them Christian television shows. The remote got stuck on the channel. I was wondering if this was a sign from God so I started to listen. I knew my lifestyle was either going to get me killed or end in another stint in prison.
So I prayed that if God was real and there was any truth to this "Holy Spirit thing", I prayed that I would be changed.
Then, I went and got on my motorcycle and rode to see the pastor that I saw on that TV show. That was where I got saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit, and totally healed and delivered from my drug and alcohol addiction. I gave my life to Jesus and in August of 2006 and became a student of the River Bible Institute.
Now I travel around telling other gang members and drug addicts how Jesus can change their lives too. Check out my video. I was preaching in the projects downtown. Praise God! Many of the people there either gave or rededicated their lives to Jesus!
