Il progetto nasce dall'incontro di due differenti realtà artistiche: Anatomicfactory presta l'oggetto, Bombo le sue illustrazioni. Spunto di riflessione è l'ambiguità delle merci che spesso nascondono una seconda natura. Il risultato è "Milk Gone Bad", una collezione di 8 lampade a metà strada tra i "toys" e l'oggetto d'arredamento; fatte come un packaging del latte, ognuna è un soggetto della serie; quando la luce si accende appare il reale contenuto del prodotto: un sorprendente mondo immaginario di muffe.
La collezione Milk Gone Bad viene presentata in anteprima a Gingerzone il 28 Marzo. Verrà poi esposta al Fuorisalone di Milano dal 16 al 21 Aprile in Via Filippo Argelati durante l'evento organizzato dal gruppo inglese Designersblock (http://www.designersblock.org.uk). Dal 17 al 20 maggio sarà invece presentata al ICFF di New York durante l'evento organizzato da Designboom (www.designboom.com).

Two different artistic experiences come together in this project. Anatomicfactory’s objects meet Bombo’s illustrations, giving us food for thought on the ambiguity of products that often have a hidden second nature. “Milk Gone Bad†is a collection of eight lamps somewhere between toys and furnishing complements. Made like milk cartons, each piece is one of a series. The light turns on to show the product’s real contents, a startling imaginary world of mold.
The Milk Gone Bad collection will be unveiled at Gingerzone in Scandicci, Italy on 28 March. The collection will then be shown at the Fuorisalone in Milan from 16 to 21 April in Via Filippo Argelati as part of an event organized by the English group, Designersblock (http://www.designersblock.org.uk). From 17 to 20 May, it goes on to the ICFF in New York for an event organized by Designboom (www.designboom.com).
