The song you hear playing was a song I wrote myself. It's called "Let The Angel In" copyrighted 2007. It's sung by one of my former student mentors from my old student org. I founded. His name Rusty West and he also play guitar on it and my hubby played the other instruments and also we worked together to produce it! It's just a rough demo though and not done in a studio. I write in many genres. I have written a few other songs, many lyrics and poems as well!The poem I wrote, copyright 2008, on this page is for our late Uncle Paul Davis. My aunt signed him to her label back in 1969 and they remained best friends right up until his passing. We were all very close to him and he was like a father figure to my cousins and like an Uncle to myself. I'd been listening to his albums since I was close to 6 years old. I'd attend all his concerts and he would always come over to my aunts farm to fish, even once when he just happened to be there and sang Happy Birthday to me at my 15th birthday party while my friends were there! He was extremely loved by our entire family and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his only child and his niece. Uncle Paul was always a very shy and prive person. He was laid to rest in Meridian, MS on April 23, 2008.
