About Me

My name is Benjamin, and thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read my profile and listen to my songs. My music reflects who i am and who i want to be. My songs are honest stories about life, love, friends & family, and the world the way i see it. They are simple songs with strong vocal melodies, some deep and meaningful, others more lighthearted, and although i have been influenced by many artists, my biggest inspiration comes from my friends. It has been them and many others that i have had the pleasure of meeting through my life and sharing music with, that have helped me to create and perform what i truly enjoy. I was born in Masterton, New Zealand in 1978, and spent many years living in different parts of the country. From the 'Wairarapa' to 'Wellington', 'Palmerston North', 'Auckland', to the amazingly beautiful 'Wanaka' in the South Island, until moving across the Tasman to Australia, where i have settled in 'Sydney' to raise my family and pursue my creativity. The great thing about these two countries is the music being produced, i love discovering new music and the people who make it, it's exciting to be part of and very motivating. If you like this music of mine, please share with those around you, and if you have some music you would like to share, i would like to know about it. Thanks, All the best, and ENJOY!!!
