P.R. All-Star was born and raised in Allentown, PA. He had a very difficult childhood just like most children growing up in poverty, struggling to do the right thing in a city where there is mostly negative influence. "There are a lot of Non-Believers in Allentown" says the 22 year old lyricist. He followed that statement saying "if only these people would believe in the talent coming from this city we would be on the map already". P.R. All-Star doesn't stop there, he began talking about how he is going to make something out of nothing, saying that the "non-believers" will soon see that this isn't a joke. P.R. doesn't blame those people for not showing their support, rather, he just continues to represent for his city hoping that one day they will understand and see the same vision he sees.P.R. said "It isn't all of Allentown that seems so hopeless in their artists, but a large amount of people are and it is sad because we have so much talent. But these people arent used to seeing talent get recognition out here. Surely, we will get noticed".P.R. Views himself as one of the best lyricists to be living today. He also acknowledges the fact that if it wasn't for the artists who originally opened those doors, P.R. wouldn't exist in his lyrical form.Listening to music from P.R.
